From the last Four years, Hiteshiindia Ngo organizing a grand festival at Dyonai Garur Bageshwar, for the rural development and feel empowered to the local rural people and feel motivated in their daily work from making food for their families, working in the farms in the hot day to chilled morning of December.
Through this festival, Hiteshi selects top hardworking, talented, passionate , intelligent, rural people from each village and on the final day, Hiteshi awarded them with prizes so that they feel more empowered and passionate about their work.
